The Chilean cellist Fabiola Ojeda is a versatile performer on modern and period instruments in a historically informed style, a devoted chamber musician and cello instructor. 

She has been awarded the 1st Prize at Chilean Young Talent Competition, the 1st Prize at Atlanta Cello Society Young Artists Competition, and Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now in Germany.

​During her years of studies in the United States, she was a formal assistant at the Georgia State University of Atlanta and a member of the Columbus Symphony Orchestra. Later in her life, she held the same position at Julius Stern Institute (University of the Arts - Berlin). While still in Germany, she worked as a cello teacher at the School of Music and Arts-Bielefeld and with the Symphony Orchestra of Münster Theatre.

Based in Athens-Greece since 2009, Fabiola has served as Principal Cellist at the Chamber Orchestra of the National Opera (Children's Opera), collaborated in concerts and recordings with Baroque Orchestra "Armonia Atenea," and worked as well with Greek composers Periklis Liakakis, Nikos Mamangakis, Nikos Kypourgos, Giorgos Kouroupos, Theodore Antoniou, and George Tsontakis in performances at the Athens Concert Hall, Alternative Stage of Stavros Niarchos Foundation, and Thessaloniki Concert Hall. Moreover, since the year 2014, and under the patronage of the Chilean Government, she began working with the Chilean composer Luis Saglie, bringing to Greece the projects "Tribute to Pablo Neruda" (2014) and “Tribute to Violeta Parra” (2017).

Fabiola has participated in masterclasses with Professors Anatoly Krastev, Maria Kliegel, Collin Carr, Antonio Meneses, and Jaap ter Linden. She was a student of Professor Martha Gerchefski (USA), Marcio Carneiro at Musikhochschule Detmold and Matias Pinto at Musickhochshule Münster.

In Athens she teaches at the Kodàly Conservatory.
